Background


Greenwich Integrative Health Partners is a medical practice in Connecticut. They specialize in addressing thyroid disorders using a functional approach to identify and treat each individual's root cause of the issue.

They had hired several advertising agencies but had experienced disappointing results. They wanted a predictable flow of new patient opportunities to scale their practice. 


Objectives


1. Develop a marketing funnel and advertising campaign to generate consultations with thyroid patients in their local area.

2. Use video marketing to quickly establish trust and authority with an education based marketing approach.

3. Implement tracking tools to increase scheduled appointments and reduce no-shows.


How The Objectives Were Achieved


  • We interviewed the client to understand the fears, frustrations, desires and aspirations of his ideal prospect. We used his answers to write a video script using a "big idea" that clearly spelled out his unique value proposition.
  • We build a video marketing funnel and advertising campaign using Facebook ads and Instagram ads.
  • We implemented a follow up process utilising online scheduling software, email marketing and text message marketing to increase conversion rates from consult request to scheduled appointment

1. The client began seeing a steady flow of new prospects within the first day of the campaign going live. 

2. Through utilising video marketing, we were able to drive a consistent flow of leads in their local area for more than 9 months for the same campaign (thyroid disorders). 

3. The client was able to convert more than 50% of the prospects who visited their office into cash paying patients with an average lifetime value (LTV) of $3,500 USD. 

4. This resulted in an estimated $250,000 to $500,000 in additional annual revenue from this single advertising campaign.
